ValueClick Serves More Than 2 Billion Ads Per Month
Performance-Based Network Now Reaches 29.4% Of Web UsersSanta Barbara County, California (February 14, 2000) - ValueClick, a leading provider of performance based Internet advertising solutions, today announced data that indicates continued growth in the fourth quarter ending December 31, 1999. The ValueClick Network grew to more than 10,000 members in Q4 and provided Internet advertisers with nearly 20 million visitors to their sites, while reaching 29.4% of Web users in the United States in December according to Media Metrix. ValueClick served 1.3 billion advertisements in December and surpassed 2 billion ads in January 2000.
The company's online advertising model focuses on performance-based opportunities to drive traffic, giving Internet advertisers and Web site publishers cost-effective, result-oriented solutions.

During 1998 and 1999, ValueClick paid more than $10 million to Web publishers for advertising sold on their sites. In the fourth quarter of 1999 alone, publishers earned $4.4 million for advertising inventory sold through the ValueClick Network. ValueClick's publisher services now include programs for Web sites of all sizes, from the smallest individual sites to the largest portals.
