Click Agents adds two executives to its Management Team

Click, Inc., one of the leaders in performance based marketing solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of two new executives to their management team. Troy Soult comes on board as Chief Information Officer (CIO). Skip Walker joins the team as Sr., Vice President Sales. As CIO, Troy Soult will oversee the technology infrastructure and has global responsibility for Click Agents’ data centers in the US and Internationally. Soult will also oversee the Click Agents International R&D facility scheduled to open in Q3 2000. Mr. Walker will lead the sales effort at Click Agents. He will be expanding the Click Agents’ US presence to include offices San Francisco and New York. He will also be moving Click Agents aggressively into Europe and the Pacific Rim by opening sales offices in London and Tokyo in Q3 and Q4 of 2000.

Troy Soult brings nearly 15 years of technical and management experience to Click, Inc. Soult was the CIO of Fisher Investments Inc., based in Woodside, California, an institutional money management firm that has $4.5 billion in management. During his 12-year tenure at Fisher, he oversaw the entire direction of the IS/IT department as the firm grew to well over 150 people. Prior, Soult was with Electronics for Imaging (NASDAQ: EFII). Soult brings experience in enterprise and local network infrastructure, deployment of a variety of operating systems and database platforms. His background includes satellite streaming video/data applications and connectivity / software development responsibilities for a variety of Fisher and EFI products.
Skip Walker brings 20 years of sales, business development, technical and management experience to Click, Inc. Previously, Walker was with AECX Corporation, an Arizona based venture funded startup. At AECX he held positions as VP of Business Development and VP Operations. During his tenure at AECX, Walker had responsibility for strategic alliances and major accounts generating 40% of corporate revenue. He established AECX European offices and developed strategic alliances in Japan. As VP Operations at AECX, he was responsible for deployment of the largest satellite data communications network installed in the US during that period. His responsibilities included overseeing software development, customer service and field service groups. Prior to that, Walker was Chief Technology Officer at BPS Reprographics, one of the largest specialty printing companies of its kind in the US. His responsibilities there included technology planning, executing BPS’s Internet e-commerce program, and the build-out of all network infrastructures. Prior to BPS, Walker held several positions as CEO, various sales and management at firms of varying size in San Francisco Bay Area.
